Another Crappy Night

Antoher crappy night of tossing and turning last night. I am exhausted. I am probably going to a sleep center much to my surprise. I thought sleep centers were a bunch of hogwash, but at this point I need all the help I can get. Five to 10 years ago, not getting sleep was not such a big deal. I could work the next day no problem. I still think this 80 work week for residents in training is a bunch of rubbish. There has been no documentation that is helps reduce the risk of medical errors. Anyway, I am wondering off the topic. Hope I sleep well tonight, or I will be grouchy tomorrow. Need to meditate. Ommmmmmmmm.
